Day 1- Justin

Hi! My name is Justin Gagliani, I am one of the students on the ASB Chicago trip. Today was our free day so a lot of stuff happened. The day began with breakfast at the hostel. This consisted of free toast and orange juice, ballin. Then together as a group, we went to the museum of contemporary photography. The first floor was really interesting but the second and third floors had some of the most bizarre-metallic-spandex-bodysuits kinds of photos I have ever seen, ya know what I mean? Oh and Char bought some guava caramel cheesecake, also ballin. Then we broke up into smaller groups. Dian, Char, Brian, Sarah, Natalia, Helen, and I decided to go check out the Museum of Contemporary Art. We took the El train there. We basically snuck into the museum without paying and had an amazing time. Most of the art was sexually based so it was a good time, obviously. Then we walked around Chicago for a little bit. One of the highlights of my day was getting a tour of a historically landmarked firehouse. Upon returning to the hostel, we had breakfast for dinner, played an icebreaker, and then got ready for bed. Can't wait for our first actual volunteering program. Wooooo, okay g'night.
